I am so excited to share this sweet and southern in-home newborn session in Indianapolis, Indiana with you today! I just love when I get to meet and photograph new parents. Michelle and Harrison are absolutely smitten with their sweet girl, and their newborn session was full of all the bright & airy newborn photographer dreams!

This morning newborn session was so relaxed and peaceful – the sun was shining, and we were able to spend the morning in the perfect nursery space they had created for Eleanor and enjoy our time together! Some families question if staying in one room will provide enough variety, but I love all the images we are able to get in the nursery space. :) My goal during a lifestyle newborn session is always to capture real + simple moments that are true to life — so, rocking in your chair, snuggling by the crib, pacing back and forth on the floor, and more!

I also love getting to talk with my families and hear about their lives and how their newborn experience is going so far. I always say the newborn stage is full of high highs and low lows — but it truly is one of my favorite seasons of life, and it’s so fun getting to encourage new parents and laugh together!
