I am so happy to share the very first wedding of 2019 with you today: Adam and Nicole’s elegant and FUN spring wedding at the Ritz Charles Garden Pavilion!

These two put their heart and soul into planning a day that reflected their love in every way. All the details were taken care of, their guests were so well-loved, the ceremony was heart-felt and meaningful, and the reception was an absolute blast! From the rehearsal dinner the night before to the dance floor on Saturday evening, it was so clear how happy everyone was to celebrate the start of Nicole and Adam’s marriage — a day ten years in the making!

The girls started off at a fun AirBnb in the Broad Ripple area, and I loved capturing all the sweet getting ready photos in their matching robes. There was so much anticipation and excitement for the day to come! And, I LOVE that Nicole chose to include her flower girls in the morning, too! She and Adam had shared how important their nieces are to them, and they were the stars of the show! Haha!

And, despite all of our worries, the rain held off just long enough for us to grab gorgeous outdoor portraits before the ceremony. Which means….we got BLOOMS!!!! Ahhh!! There is something about flowering trees + joyful couples that just fits, and I am thrilled to share a peek into Adam and Nicole’s wedding celebration with you today! It was a perfect day in every way, and I am honored to have been a part of it. Enjoy!!!

Love these sweet flower girls so much!!!

We were able to move up the timeline by about 15 minutes, which ended up saving the day!! I’m so glad we were able to have Nicole and Adam’s first look outside!! It had started lightly sprinkling at this point, but it was barely noticeable and kept stopping and starting. From there, everyone hopped on the limo for a quick trip to the Japanese Gardens in Carmel, where we hit the flowering tree jackpot!

Somehow we were able to finish up all outdoor photos right before it started to *really* rain!! Thank goodness for full and blooming trees that were able to block some of the drizzle — it truly worked out so well! By the time it started really coming down, everyone was nice and cozy inside the Ritz Charles chapel. Love this shot of one of the flower girls with her daddy!

Nicole and Adam’s reception took place in the Garden Pavilion – one of my favorite spots in all of Indianapolis! I love the soft, white drapery and open windows. And, don’t even get me *started* on the gorgeous blooms Andrea brought in!! I can’t recommend Bella Sorella Designs enough!!
