Sweet Olivia. After months of no blogging, I am so excited to be back with this session from earlier in the summer! Cozy + sentimental home newborn sessions are just my favorite. A lot of my families are brand new to me when I meet them at their newborn session, but I just love the way it immediately feels like we’re in this together. I don’t know if it’s the shared camaraderie of parenting, or simply that this space I’ve built on the internet attracts pretty incredible families, but man — I just love my clients so much! I always walk away feeling so incredibly thankful for the glimpse into another family’s love — and so excited to share it with you, too. Parenthood is such a gift — LIFE is such a gift — and it’s my joy to capture it.

This session was no exception. Sara and Nate just adore their little girl — I loved seeing the joy on their faces and capturing the contentment in their hearts. The newborn season is full of change and hardship, but it’s also overflowing with so much goodness, too. We were even able to capture a huge smile, which is always the best!!
