When Nicole and Adam reached out about capturing their First Anniversary session in their brand new home, I could not have been more excited! Home lifestyle sessions are up there on the very top of my favorite-things-to-photograph list, and I’ve always wanted to do one with a newly married couple. There’s just something about them that are so simple + sweet + perfect, and I can’t get enough!

And of course, anytime we can celebrate multiple things in one session (new home + one whole year MARRIED), I am always down for that, too. Their space has become extra special too, thanks to COVID and working from home…so it was a gift to be able to capture them in the very space they’ve lived every single minute in for the last several months! My only complaint is that we didn’t get more time together — catching up with my past couples is always a blast, and I wish I could do anniversary sessions for every single one!!
