A Carmel Newborn Session | Baby Leo
Hi, hi, hi, and happy Thursday! I have been itching for today’s work day all week and the time to share this sweet newborn session with you on the blog!
Kaitlin and I met via Instagram when she relocated to the Indianapolis area a few years ago — she is an incredible wedding + family photographer, and I was so excited to meet her in person last summer for their Newfields family session. And then of course, when I found out they were expecting Baby #2, I was thrilled to capture them again!
Kaitlin and Arturo have put a lot of love into their home since moving in, so it wasn’t a surprise at all to see how beautiful + thoughtful Leo’s nursery was! From the custom wallpaper & art, to the heirloom dresser Kaitlin had in her own nursery years ago, it’s just the perfect little boy space — and I can only imagine all the adventures and fun he and his big sis will have together!
And speaking of his big sister: oh my goodness, Mia was just the start of the show!!! While it may most definitely be true that firstborn newborn sessions are more peaceful than seconds and beyond…it just doesn’t get better than the excitement and energy of big siblings!!! :)
