Ever since Maggie and Joe’s downtown Indianapolis engagement session this summer, I *knew* their wedding was going to be the biggest celebration. After all, Maggie has the most infectious laugh; you can’t help but smile ear-to-ear when you see her light up! Which, on her wedding day, was basically a constant state for her to be in. :) Joe loves her so, so much. They truly bring out the best in each other and are the perfect combination!

In her questionnaire, Maggie shared that both of their families would be excited to celebrate together, which was so refreshing for me to see. It’s one thing to bring two people together…but when a marriage brings two families together? That’s the best! Honestly, I think my favorite part of the whole day was the joint parent welcome at the beginning of the reception — mainly because that’s something I’ve NEVER seen before. Maggie and Joe’s parents stood up in front of all their guests to share their love for the two of them and their gratitude for one another and the family values they’ve instilled in their children. It was so neat to see the strong foundation of marriage and family that has already been developed for Maggie and Joe, something I know will bless them greatly throughout their life!

After getting ready and seeing her father, it was time for Maggie’s first look with Joe!

We were all so happy that the weather held off for their outdoor ceremony! Robin with The Wedding Lady created the most stunning floral arch for Maggie and Joe to say their vows under. The best part, however, was when the National Anthem started playing mid-ceremony for a nearby baseball game! Haha!

And, they’re MARRIED!!

The welcome speech I mentioned above…such a powerful moment for Maggie and Joe to remember forever!
