On this rainy rainy Tuesday, I am so thrilled to share Annie and Vince’s Woodstock Club wedding day: a spring celebration full of blooms and sun and joy!
Saturday was perfect in every single way. I shared earlier how these two are so deeply rooted in family and love, and it couldn’t be more true. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, full of joy, and ready to witness the start of a beautiful marriage!
I especially loved seeing Annie and Vince’s day through their parents’ eyes. After all, her mom and dad were married in the same exact church, and we were even able to do bridal portraits in the same parlor room!
Every detail of the day pointed towards tradition and family: from the hidden gardenia in Annie’s bouquet to honor her grandma, to the extended portrait time for family (and their sweet nephew, Cam!!), and her father’s incredible speech to start the reception! There wasn’t a dry eye in the room as he spoke of his pride and joy for Annie — the way she served her family through his cancer diagnosis, the way she took on her work and approached life with passion and fire, and most importantly: the way she and Vince love each other and make each other greater – together. They truly are a wonderful match!
And then when the Endless Summer Band hit the floor, the party really began!! What a day!!!
It was nearly impossible to narrow down images to capture their story, so it’s a bit of a long one. :) With two stunning spring backdrops — so many gorgeous details — and so much LIFE and laughter!! Enjoy some of my favorites, friends!
