Despite the rainy day vibes, Natasha and Joe’s Holcomb Gardens engagement session was full of life and laughter!! The gorgeous spring blooms we were surrounded with definitely didn’t *hurt*…but at the end of the day, it was these two that made all the difference. Seriously! I’m pretty sure we could have been working in the same weather with a blank wall, and they still would have made my job easy!! That’s just the way they are together, and it’s the best.
Natasha wanted to make sure we got outdoor photos with lots of color, as she and Joe are having a December wedding. I absolutely LOVE the images we were able to capture despite the rain! I feel like this spring has been especially beautiful, and I’m so glad we went for it! Holcomb Gardens was the perfect location — and even once it started raining harder, we just camped out under separate trees and kept going!! :)
I am SO looking forward to their Union Station wedding this winter with Jessica Dum Wedding Coordination and Meg Catherine Flowers and know it’s going to be the perfect celebration of these two and their commitment to each other. They’re simply the best!!
Enjoy some of my favorites, friends!
And then we ended the session with some quick photos at home with their pup, Chewy!! By this point, it was raining *pretty* hard, so I was so thankful for high ISO capabilities and the HUGE window right by their couch!! :) Love these so much!
