I am so happy to share a peek into Robyn’s Central Park session from our time in New York today! I grew up running cross country with Robyn and have many great memories of being silly at practice, eating loads of pasta the night before big meets, attending our team bible study, and eating cookies at said team bible study with her, too! Robyn has always been such a fun-loving person, and I have loved getting to follow along with her small business adventure post-college, too!

You may know Robyn from her blog, The Real Life RD, where she gives awesome insight into women’s health and provides encouragement and support in a factual and fun way! Her blog was actually one of the first I ever consistently followed, and I owe many fun recipes and snacks (including my love of nut butters, spinach + Vega One smoothies, and roasted veggies) to her posts! Seriously, if I ever make anything healthy or share a food fact, Chris always asks if “the real life rd said that”…which means the girl is doing something right :) Haha! Robyn is currently attending nursing school at Columbia University and also owns her own small business, Nutshell Nutrition. I had so much fun catching up with her, and can’t wait to share her gorgeous self today!

It was absolutely freezing and slightly spitting rain on us, but you can’t tell at all from her smile! The slight clouds actually gave us perfect lighting, and I LOVED her outfit, too!
