These two are seriously the sweetest. I had been looking forward to meeting Molly and Weston in person and seeing the way they interacted ever since Molly first shared the story of how he won her over (spoiler alert: by asking if he could go with her to church every single Sunday at 7:30am for months!!). I thought that was so telling of his character from the get-go. True to form, my anticipation did not disappoint — it was refreshing to get to capture their love and joy together! I love the way Weston had Molly smiling and laughing all evening long. You can just tell how much he loves her in one glance. :)
When we first talked, Molly and Weston weren’t 100% sure on a location for their engagement session. However, after throwing around a few ideas, we settled on Mustard Seed Gardens — and it couldn’t have been anymore perfect! Well, other than the weather. Haha! We had been watching the forecast all week, and there was no way around it: it was going to storm. However, it looked like we just *might* be able to catch a break between two waves! A lot of couples may have chosen to reschedule regardless, but Molly and Weston were all for risking it, and, luckily, it 100% paid off! Storm lighting is always so unique, and I love the different shades we were able to catch. It didn’t start to rain until the *very end*, but by then, I knew we were good to go. I LOVE the images we were able to get so much, and I can’t wait to celebrate with these two again this fall in Bloomington!
Enjoy some of my favorites, friends!
