This weekend was one of those weekends that is good for the soul. It was busy, but the good kind of busy, the kind that makes you smile when you think back on it :) I hadn’t done much shooting in the midst of flu grossness & Thanskgiving festivities, so it was AWESOME to get back in action with my last two sessions of the year this weekend — both new families for me, which is always so fun!

Saturday morning was Nolan’s Christmas mini session — he was OBSESSED with the awesome tree at The Arcade, and I was obsessed with his cute smiley self :) And then on Sunday morning I met the Solymos family downtown for some chilly morning gorgeousness! I was so happy that Colleen & Bob were up for some speedy outdoor pictures despite the weather — it was a beautiful morning & I absolutely love this shot!!!

We went inside shortly after to finish up the rest of the shoot though, which I think everyone was pretty happy about :)

Saturday night Chris & I threw our first #christmasintheCLE party with some of our favorite couples & friends in the world!! We have been so blessed with an AWESOME church group; I love that we all meet up outside of our home group times to celebrate life & each other! I put my camera away for the night & left the picture taking up to someone else, and it was actually sort of awesome :) Except that now I don’t have any pictures to share with you all except for this one:

Yes, I didn’t quite make it to the picture because I was laughing so hard, and yes this one is probably the best shot we got out of ALL the boys’ attempts :) haha!!!

We finished the weekend out with our FIRST BROWN’S GAME! Except really it was just a Colt’s game, and we loved it :) Especially that end score! Mwahaha :P Go Colts!!!

 

So thankful for such sweet seats with great friends!!!  A perfect way to end a great weekend, even if it was super cold :)
