Today is Monday. I’m sick again, Parent Teacher Conferences are this week, and it’s absolutely FREEZING outside!!! Needless to say, the Monday Love has been a little rough today.

In fact, this photo of G pretty much perfectly summed up my Monday feels this morning:

Haha! For a little pup, he sure has a lot of emotion!!! :)

However, there is a silver lining, and that lining is THANKSGIVING!!! Guys — can you believe that Thanksgiving is next week?! I’m not quite sure where this fall has gone, but I do know that I can’t WAIT to spend time slowing down, loving family, and eating yummy food :) And, let’s be honest, the reason I love Thanksgiving so much is because it’s officially time to celebrate CHRISTMAS!!! I can’t wait to put up our decorations (including my new best winter friend, Marshall…hehe), listen to Christmas music, and just celebrate!

This weekend was full of lots of great times with friends — something Chris & I can never get enough of! Dinner with some awesome couples at Johnny Mangos, delicious apple cider margaritas, lots of football watching & blanket snuggling, a hike out to my new favorite Christmas Tree Farm, and — the perfect topping for a busy weekend — a pre-Thanksgiving practice dinner with our neighbs & Cleveland bests!

The blog is in for all sorts of excitement this week as two new-to-me sessions will be making their way to this little space. I love that photography affords me the opportunity to CREATE, think outside the box, and be unique — three things I definitely got to put into practice this last week :)

First up will be Allie & Adam’s AMAZING Christmas Tree mini-session — perfect for their Christmas card & some festive photos to boot!

And then we will wrap the week up with Molly Ann’s sweet sweet session with her number # gal — Lexie!Can’t wait to share more with you :) Happy Monday!!!
