Well hey there! Today’s Monday Love is coming a day late, but that’s fine, right?! :) I have had the best time in Indy the past week — being with Chris for a week straight & spending quality time with family was just what this chica needed!! I’ve gained MAD respect for those of you who rock long distance marriages / relationships all the time; it’s hard! Needless to say, I can’t wait to be reunited for good :)

This past week brought all kinds of fun, and I am so excited to share the (ahem) Monday love with you today!

• Last week I had the pleasure of hosting my little sister, Allison, in Cleveland for the weekend. I’ve never really had time with just her before, and it was so much fun!! We adventured downtown, took some crazy photos, played with makeup, and watched a lot of Gilmore Girls :) Being so much older than my siblings created such a challenge getting to know them growing up, and I am so glad to see that gap shrinking! (Yes Mom, just like you always said it would ;) )
• I had my first Indianapolis wedding of the year on Saturday, and it was AMAZING! Holly was one of the first brides to reach out to me as a direct result of my website launch last summer, and I have loved getting to know her & Robbie more throughout the year! It was definitely a wedding to remember!
• I was able to catch up with a sweet friend over the best ice cream in the world last Friday, and our time together was so great! Even though we’ve lived in different states for the past three years, I love how we can pick right back up like nothing has changed — and our mutual love for all things sweet (and Target!!) made the evening even greater :)
• I had an engagement session in Bloomington yesterday, and Chris & I ventured down a few hours early with my two oldest brothers. Introducing them to the campus was so much fun — a chocolate milkshake at Which Which, breadsticks at Mother Bears, and parm fries at Nick’s made for happy tummies all around :) We even snuck in a short nap on the IMU couches to escape the crazy heat!!!

I’m in Indy for a few more days to wrap up some meetings and visits, and then it’s back to the CLE for two more weddings galore! Our official move date is getting closer & closer, and, while Cleveland will always be one of my favorite cities around, I find myself even more excited for what the future holds :)

First up was Robbie & Holly’s gorgeous wedding! I LOVED her gown — one of the most unique I’ve ever seen, and the joy these two had was contagious! This tucked-away garden made for the perfect first look and portrait spot!

And Ciara & Ethan’s Bloomington engagement session! This rock is where they shared their first kiss, so it only made sense to start our session in the exact spot :) Loved these two and their goofiness so much!!
