And just like that it’s another (chilly) Monday! Anyone else ready for SPRING?! I love winter as much as the next Midwest girl…but by this time of the year, I am definitely ready for temperatures ABOVE 40 degrees :) Although, the fact that I haven’t been in school since Wednesday due to the extreme cold is a definite bonus!

We spent the weekend in Indianapolis with family: lots of Monopoly, playing in the snow, curling up by the fire, and eating yummy food! I always love getting to visit our families, and it was especially fun to have a sibling night on Saturday while my parents stayed in a fancy hotel downtown for their anniversary!

I also loved participating in Dear Sweetheart Event‘s first webinar on Thursday! Set-up like an online meeting, the webinar was such a great way to connect with girls I hadn’t seen since Creative :) Kat’s tips and tricks for growing your business and loving your clients well in the midst of working a full-time day job were so encouraging and insightful — she’s the best! I can’t wait to put some of the ideas she passed along into action :)
