As a newborn photographer, I always get so excited when we get a baby yawn during a lifestyle session! :) :) Eek!

HI!! I’m over here on this dreary Thursday afternoon wrapping up work before our Spring Break trip to the beach next week (!!!!), and realized I had never blogged this *adorable* lifestyle newborn session from earlier in the year!

It’s no secret I love a real + cozy + cuddly home newborn session. There’s just something about photographing families in their own space — especially when they really embrace the session and lean into PLAY! Piper’s newborn session had all of the newborn magic + two-under-two magic…and I couldn’t love it more!

In fact, I shared this post on Instagram regarding a series of play photos between Iris and her sister that take me right back to those newborn days of my own (in the very best way!!).
