The THIRD Layne baby is on the blog today, and I couldn’t be more in love!! Emily and I have always photographed each other’s babies (Graham and Simon here!) — in fact, the whole reason we met in the first place was when Chris and I hired her to take Ryan’s newborn photos!! Haha!! We had just moved back to Indianapolis, and I remember scrolling through all of Google trying to find another photographer who photographed newborns the way I did: natural moments with all the classic + light + simple + joy-filled vibes! When I stumbled upon Emily, little did I know I would also be meeting one of my best friends!!

Somehow we want from coffee work dates with baby Ryan along for the fun to a crew of almost SIX kiddos in a little over 3 years?!?! I was so thrilled when I learned Emily was expecting baby #3 — and then when we found out we were pregnant with our own little one just a few weeks later, it was so much fun!

I still can’t believe Em is finally a GIRL mom, and am so in love with all of these images of the Layne crew!! Parker is just the sweetest. Her big brothers adore her so, so much!!! She was wide awake and so alert for almost the entire session, and I can already tell that she’s going to look up to Simon and Graham so, so much. All of the cuddles and baby kisses and laughter and joy for this newborn session — enjoy, friends!
