Can you believe Christmas is in 6 days?! How is this even possible?? While I was initially ahead of the game in the gifting department (I checked almost everything off my list in October — a first time for me!), I’m now back to my usual schedule of scrambling for those final *perfect* gifts for the ones I love!!

And, I think some of you just might be in the same boat, too. ;)

So, in the spirit of Christmas, and as I sit by my boys as we watch a movie on the couch that is 100% not my favorite (haha!), I thought I’d share some of my favorite recent purchases that might check all the right boxes for your gifting needs — that you could STILL get with plenty of time for Christmas!

The one who is always taking photos:

So, spoiler: I have had this photo printing membership since mid-summer and can officially say that choosing the images I want to print from the past 4 weeks is one of my new favorite monthly rhythms! Mootsh makes it so simple to print the everyday images that normally would be left on your phone…and *you know* I love their tagline: “Remember the big little moments.” Perfect for your sister/friend/mom/MIL or anyone who loves snapping pics on their phone!!

The little people in your life:

Pretty much anything from the “Gifts” and “Holiday” section of Roman & Leo…but seriously!

Ry and Adam’s stocking is 90% Roman and Leo this year: Christmas pop its, velcro wallets (they will be ESPECIALLY excited about this one!), and Chunkies paint sticks! They also have great Christmas books and the BEST clothes, too. Shopping local is a win anytime of the year, but being able to walk in and walk out with something in your hands is an added bonus when you’re down to the wire on Christmas shopping. You can also order online and request pickup to make the trip even quicker!

The one who loves to host:

For the friend who loves sitting around the table with her people…how fun would a gifted charcuturie board be?! I am obsessed with these, guys. Give me all the meats and cheeses! One of my brides from this past year recently started her own charcuterie business, and everything she touches is *perfection*, so I know her boards will be simply the best, too. I reached out and asked if she offered gift cards as well — and she does! Would be so fun to send as a Christmas gift for local Indianapolis friends/family.

Your vintage loving friend:

Hoosier Sister is a new favorite to me — a local pop up shop right by Java House at Clay Terrace. I was just in there this afternoon with my mom and sister and was two seconds away from purchasing the cutest mug (for myself…), but luckily had the will power to carry on. Haha! They have a great mix of vintage + new items, and it would be a great spot for a unique + eclectic gift!

The one with a babe on the way:

Whether it’s for your very best friend or a family member you adore, how perfect would a gifted newborn session be?! I’ve photographed several “gifted” sessions in the past, and I just think it’s the best idea for a really special gift for someone you love. And of course, this barely even covers all the amazing local shops you could choose to support this holiday season (Kits & Kaboodle, Pots & Pans, Hey Little Diddle, Lily & Sparrow, etc etc etc etc)! But, like I said above…it’s the Sunday night before Christmas, and I’ve got a long night of wrapping + Christmas movie watching ahead of me. :) Haha!
