I am so excited to share TJ and Michelle’s Lake Wawasee wedding with you this Friday morning! We had blue skies and a brisk lakeside breeze for their day, and it felt like the sun was celebrating right alongside us all day long! After all, it took a lot to get to this past weekend. TJ & Michelle met in 6th Grade, but didn’t really spend time together until sharing a mutual friend group at Purdue. However, it wasn’t until they both happened to move to Georgia after graduating that they really clicked and fell in love! As Michelle described in her very first email to me, she thought she was going to Georgia to find her dream southern boy, but quickly realized love had been in front of her the whole time! Isn’t that the best?!

And, while their wedding day may not have been the large downtown Indianapolis event they originally imagined, it was every bit as joy-filled and amazing as any celebration could be! After all, through everything, they were finally MARRIED!! TJ and Michelle are so, so great together, and I am thrilled to share a peek into their Oakwood Resort celebration with you. Congratulations again, Michelle & TJ — you’re officially husband and wife!
