I am SO incredibly excited to share Keith and Celena’s Vow Renewal with you today!!! When I first met with Celena a few months ago, I honestly had no idea what to expect. After all, I had never even BEEN to a vow renewal, let alone photographed one. However, after seeing her incredibly detailed planner (a girl after my own heart :P ), hearing about all the gorgeous details she was organizing, and listening to the love story that brought these two together, I couldn’t WAIT for August 2nd to arrive :) Gold accents, sequined dresses, downtown chandelier photos, a lake overlook ceremony…GAH!! But, even more important than all the glitter and pizzaz was the heart behind this vow renewal: a beautiful beautiful story full of redemption — my favorite kind. But enough of me, let’s let the pictures do the talking :) We started out downtown for some quick family photos before the ceremony. My jaw literally DROPPED when I saw Celena’s gown…a photographer’s dream!!!! I loved these shots with her kiddos — and baby-on-the-way #5 of course makes his appearance in every one :P




I was able to get a few shots of just Keith and Celena while we were still downtown, and boy am I glad we made it happen :) There is something so special and unique about photographing a couple that has been through it all — a couple just as in love if not more in love than when they first joined hands in marriage ten years ago.



Soooo beautiful :) We then headed up to the Cliff Drive overlook near Edgewater Park — where Keith originally proposed to Celena!!! How sweet is that?! And, it made for the perfect place to renew their commitment and love for one another with their closest friends and family looking on.

Then it was time for the ceremony to begin :) My favorite moments are always in the sweet emotion as the bride walks down the aisle: the look on her groom’s face, the joy on her own, and the care of the father. These photos of Celena and her Dad say it all :)

The ceremony was absolutely perfect — and you can’t ask for a better back drop than this! Acoustic music, sweet prayers, an exchange of the rings, and a reflection on their love and the love of God above…amazing.




And their vows are renewed!!! Love this :)

After the ceremony, the Tousleys gathered their friends and family close and proceeded to thank them for being there: both in that moment, and throughout life. It was absolutely beautiful, and one I am sure no one will every forget it.


On our way to the reception we made a quick pit-stop to a beach, and even more amazingness ensued!

I mean, seriously?!? Loved this moment.

And then it was party time!!! Loved this story board courtesy of Susie Brown, and how fun is LOFT SIXTY-FIVE?!



Their details were beautiful — full of class, with a little side of sass :P
