Jason and Melissa couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day to celebrate the beginning of their marriage! The Indianapolis Yacht Club made the perfect backdrop for their ceremony, as they said their vows in front of their closest friends & family. Every single detail was taken care of thanks to Tara of Tara Nicole Weddings, and the day went seamlessly! My favorite moments of the day included:

• Melissa’s surprise first look with her dad,
• the moment when Melissa & Jason finally saw each other and all their stress visibly disappeared,
• when I found out their wedding officiant was the guy who technically brought them together in the first place — as their bartender!! (That was a first!)
• the way Jason squeezed Melissa’s son Brayden close and kissed his head as the three of them walked down the aisle after the ceremony
• some of the BEST dance moves by Brayden’s cousins!!!
• a rockin’ reception hosted by Corey Cox
• and more!!

And then it was ready for the ceremony to begin!







Melissa, Brayden, & Jason chose to pour three colors of sand into a glass jar to represent their new family — by far my favorite moment of the ceremony!

The reception took place inside the Yacht Club, and Tara & Julie pulled together the most gorgeous setting! I loved all of the bright and fresh colors — it fit Melissa’s personality perfectly!!!

Corey Cox played an awesome show for their reception — these little dudes LOVED rockin’ out!!
