When thinking about what to write about Aric & Brianne, it all kept coming back to their signature name: A&B. You can’t have one without the other….they just were made to be together! Aric is the steady beat to Brianne’s rhythm, and Bri supports and encourages Aric in everything he does. A&B are just meant to be!

Their Bloomington wedding on Indiana University’s campus could not have been a more perfect reflection of their love. From the personal touches spread throughout the entire day (lace from Brianne’s mother’s wedding dress, personal vows, and homemade cookies for guests to enjoy to name a few!), to the flawless details put together by Amber of Blush & Blossom Events, to bridal party portraits inside Assembly Hall, their wedding day was one for the books!

I am so happy to share a peak into their story with you this afternoon. Enjoy some of my favorite moments, and congratulations again to Aric & Brianne!

Bri’s nephew was the ring bearer, and we just couldn’t stop taking photos of him!! The cutest!!! :)After Brianne got into her dress, it was time for the first look. I love this tradition so much — a space in the middle of all the craziness to be with each other all alone. After planning for this day for months and months, it’s finally here!
Getting emotional again thinking about just how lucky he was to be marrying Brianne — just the sweetest!! Aric & Brianne are both HUGE Indiana Basketball fans, so it only made sense to do their Bridal Party portraits in Assembly Hall!! Ahh! As a fellow IU grad, this was an experience I will never forget — so, so, so cool!!! :)
Love this shot of Bri & her dad!Finally, it was time to get married!!! :) A&B chose to have their ceremony at the Rose Well House, an iconic IU landmark that also happened to be where Aric proposed! Like every other wedding this spring, the forecast threatened rainy clouds, but it was an absolutely perfect day! Even though Aric had spent the last two hours with his bride, seeing her walk down the aisle was still something he’ll never forget. Love his love for her so much!
I don’t normally share family formals on the blog, as they aren’t necessarily “pretty” or creative….but these 15 minutes of the day have recently started becoming some of my favorites! I love what these stand for: capturing portraits with the people who have prepared you for this very day as a brand new family! Plus, you know I love it when my couples are up for taking family photos outdoors, too! ;)

And then we had just enough time to squeeze in a few more portraits before getting the party started! I love that we were able to do these at their exact ceremony spot — what a meaningful location to look back on for their lives to come!
