Catching up on the blog over here after vacation and summer craziness, and I am thrilled to share Collins’ sweet in home newborn session with you today!

I first met Ericka and Ford a few years ago when I photographed their first anniversary session. They had recently moved to Indianapolis and wanted to celebrate their new home and first year of marriage! We had the best time together in downtown Indy, and I could easily see just how perfect they were together. :)

Flash-forward to today and an even bigger celebration: the birth of their daughter, Collins! She is just the absolute best, and I loved getting to see the way Ericka and Ford already interact with her so, so well. She’s their rainbow baby — an answer to so many prayers, and just the perfect gift!

I can’t imagine two better parents than these two and am so thankful to have gotten to photograph them again in this next stage of life. Enjoy a few of my favorites from our time together, friends! From the baby toes & family cuddles & cozy swaddles, I just can’t get enough!!!
