Hello hello & Happy Wednesday!!!

For today’s post, I thought I would share some of my favorite tunes to listen to while editing/blogging!! If you’re anything like me, a little music always makes everything better — especially when it’s a task that can get pretty monotonous (Anyone else a sing-a-long house cleaner out there?! :P ) Music makes the hours at the computer go by muuuch more enjoyably (that or Netflix…:P ), and to make sure songs I enjoy are coming my way, I often will create a playlist or two while I’m at it :)

I don’t have a desktop computer, so I do all of my editing via our Macbook Pro — which is GREAT because I am super portable! However, I’ve found that having Spotify AND Lightroom rocking at the same time is often too much for the little guy!!! There were a few days this summer when Chris would come home & just laugh at me sitting there editing on my computer, listening to music from the iPad, and texting / instagramming from my iPhone…all at once. #oops? Lucky for me, Chris got a Sonos Play-3 for his birthday, and it is the most amazing thing ever! I’ve never been a big speaker girl, but even I can tell the difference in sound with this — SO good!!!

Anyway, these are some of my favorite go-to songs at the moment! Some are old favorites, some are new, and quite a few I wouldn’t have discovered without my awesome husband & his great taste in music :) I’m sure he’s cringing at a few of my guilty pleasures listed below, but that’s okay :) I tend to gravitate towards EMOTION in song choices — whether they’re bright & catchy or mellow & subdued, I love a good song that makes you FEEL! Crazy, because that’s what I love about a session too :)
