There are FINALLY Christmas decorations up in the Orndorff house!!! Woot woot!!

All my other no-christmas-before-thanksgiving ladies out there will understanding just how awesome this day is — the Christmas instagrams have been popping up since the day after Halloween, and I have been ITCHING with anticipation to put my favorite little reindeer & new Christmas print up!!!

I am so excited to celebrate with those I love throughout this month! We have lots of fun things on the calendar, but here is a list of some of my favorite holiday traditions and goals for the mean time, and yes, I checked it twice! ;)

• Decorate our first Christmas mantle…CHECK!! :)
• Buy our THIRD Christmas tree! Maybe even from a farm this time?!
• Snuggle with blankies & watch all of our favorite movies! So far we’ve already seen The Family Man and The Santa Clause, but I’m looking forward to Elf, Jack Frost, Home Alone, Miracle on 34th Street, The Holiday, I’ll Be Home For Christmas, White Christmas, and It’s a Wonderful Life (which Chris has yet to see!!), and many many more!!
• Make sugar cookies Aunt-Bekah-style
• Address & send out our AWESOME snowy-paws Christmas card
• Put Bailey’s or Peppermint Schnapps in hot chocolate. Because I’ve never done that somehow, and it seems necessary :)
• Rock my ugly Christmas sweater from college on the last day of school with the rest of the English department
• Keep working on my Holiday Sonos Playlist — so far I have some of my favorites, along with the entire Michael Buble & Kelly Clarkson Christmas album….oops?
• Make cookies & bring them to our neighbors and the ladies who live above us!
• Finish up my 2014 wedding client gifts & get those bad boys in the mail!! Soooo excited to bless some of my favorite couples in the world with a little extra Christmas cheer :)
