Brian & Shannon had family and friends from all over the world come together to celebrate their marriage, and it’s no wonder: they are two of the kindest people I have ever met! From welcome cards when guests arrived at the hotel to the delicious send-off breakfast the morning after, every single detail of Shannon & Brian’s wedding weekend was thought out and taken care of. Not only was it well-planned, but man, was it FUN!! I am so excited to share their story with you today — it’s a beautiful one, friends!

Shannon & her bridesmaids got ready at the cutest salon in Pontiac, Michigan. We were the only gals in the place, and it was the perfect setting to start the day!

After catching up with the guys and checking in with Brian, it was time for their First Look! I am always so glad when my couples choose to see each other before the ceremony — not only does it make the day so much more relaxing and fun, but the emotion is all the more REAL! Love these moments so much :)

After Brian & Shannon’s first look, it was off to the golf course! We were able to take all of our portraits at The Wyndgate, a gorgeous country club that Shannon’s family has belonged to for years. Be prepared for some floral amazingness — I love the colors Shannon picked out!



And then we were off! As a quick side note — if you ever have the chance to take photos on a golf course, I highly recommend golf carts! We were able to zoom all over the grounds for some amazing photos in record time! Plus, they were a blast :)

Then it was time to head to the church for the ceremony! Shannon & her girls were able to step back into their comfy clothes as the bridal party enjoyed some Jimmy Johns in the down time — a perfect wedding day lunch as Brian proposed in front of Jimmy Johns!! :)

Their reception was back at the hotel for the weekend, and not a detail was overlooked!



After some of the best toasts I’ve ever heard, it was time to dance!!! And let me tell you — that floor was packed!!! See what I mean?! :)
